Join us for a deeply nurturing sound bath and guided meditation honoring The Sacred In Between.
This is the quiet, powerful space between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. A season of gentle becoming, hidden life, and subtle shifts beneath the surface. The light has returned, yet nothing is fully in bloom.
Through soothing sound, guided imagery, and soft ritual energy, we will settle into stillness and allow ourselves to be held. This is not a time for striving or manifesting. It is a time for listening, resting, and trusting what is quietly forming within.
This experience offers a supportive space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself during a tender season of transition.

We have mats and some blankets. Chairs are available if you prefer. Bring a pillow, eye mask or anything for your comfort.
Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!
