All Aboard for the Roundhouse Egg Hunt at the Minnesota Transportation Museum!Hop on over to the Minnesota Transportation Museum on Saturday, April 19th, for a day filled with springtime fun, festive activities, and an egg hunt like no other! From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, we're transforming the museum into an Easter wonderland, packed with trains, treats, and plenty of surprises.
Take a ride on the Bunny Caboose, explore our historic exhibits, and enjoy a fun-filled day with family-friendly games, delicious food, and hands-on activities. And of course, don't miss our EPIC 10,000-piece egg hunt-a perfect adventure for kids of all ages! Here's what to look forward to:
The Bunny Caboose - Hop aboard and take a festive train ride with a touch of Easter magic!
10,000-Piece Egg Hunt - Search high and low for colorful eggs scattered throughout the museum!
Face Painting - Fun, festive designs for kids and the young at heart.
Museum Tours - Explore fascinating exhibits and uncover the stories of transportation history.
Food & Drinks - Savor delicious bites and refreshing beverages from our on-site vendors.

All tickets are valid all day from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 1:00PM - 4:00PM. Train rides are available throughout the day!
Egg Hunts at 10:30am & 1:30pm, along with Eggs hidden through the museum all day.

To provide an unmatched experience, the Roundhouse will host two major egg hunts:
Morning Egg Hunt: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Egg Hunt at 10:30am)
Afternoon Egg Hunt: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Egg Hunt at 1:30pm)
In addition to these scheduled hunts, eggs will be "hidden" throughout the museum, creating hours of fun and lasting memories!
The Bunny Train will be running from 10:45 AM - 12:45 and 1:45 - 3:45 PM. You can reserve your ride time and number of riders through the confirmation email you'll receive after purchasing your tickets. The Bunny Train lasts about 15 min.
Walk-ups are always welcome at the Minnesota Transportation Museum. However, to guarantee a spot on the Bunny Train, we highly recommend pre-purchasing your tickets.
