Featured Artists:
Gasoline & Matches are a high energy, guitar led duo hailing from Birmingham.
With cleverly constructed lyrics, close harmonies and melodic guitar licks, they never fail to deliver explosive performances with playful humour and serious musicianship. Fronted by Sally Rea Morris and Stephen Marks, they are fierce entertainers known for their tongue-in-cheek and much-loved song
"Never Have I Ever", described by Bob Harris as "Clever, funny, totally original!" If you like your country with a shot of tequila, then get ready to raise your glass and join the party!
Robyn Red is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about British country acts. Her talent and hard work have earned her multiple accolades, including a gold and silver medal at the 2019 World Championships of Performing Arts in L.A. In 2024, she was named the BCMA Horizon Artist and reached the British CMA finals for Entertainer of the Year. She also won Clews Country Music's New Artist award and was a finalist for the UK Country Music Awards' Artist of the Year and Female Singer of the Year in 2023.
Robyn has steadily built industry success, headlining stages at major events like C2C at the Hydro Glasgow in 2024, and performing at festivals such as Millport Country Music Festival, Buckle and Boots Country Festival, and The British Country Music Festival. She has supported acts like Ward Thomas and Tyler Booth and has played at iconic venues including King Tutâs Wah-Wah Hut, Liverpoolâs Cavern Club, and Birminghamâs Symphony Hall.
In May 2023, Robyn's debut headline show at Glasgow Garage Attic sold out in weeks, followed by another sold-out performance at Audio in October, solidifying her reputation as the next big thing in country music.
The Jackson Line - Featuring singers Keith Porter, Jamie Cook and Claire Williams, harmonies were always going to be front and centre in The Jackson Line, who deliver a modern take on classic Country and Americana. While they're comfortable sitting in the country genre, each member, including guitarist Jim Cross, brings a wide range of differing influences to the table to create thoughtful, melodic songs, which capture the essence of country while allowing their other influences to shine through.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, the band have been playing and releasing songs from their EP, California, recorded in Winnipeg, Canada with Juno Award-winning producer Murray Pulver (The Bros. Landreth, Katy Hurt). The first single, Shade of the Pines, featured on Apple Musicâs 'Today's Country' editorial playlist, while the second, Gonna Get To You, was showcased on Baylen Leonard's Front Porch on Absolute Country as well as on Countryline Radio.
With recent sold-out shows at London venues such as the 229 and The Green Note, as well as festivals including Buckle & Boots, Black Deer and Tennessee Fields under their belts, The Jackson Line are delighted to once again be bringing their songs, stories and bad jokes to the Radio City Round Up.
Two Ways Home, the Anglo-Austrian duo of Isabella (Vienna) and Lewis Folkner (Gloucestershire), have crafted a unique sound blending folk-rock with a country twist. Inspired by artists like Lady A, The Lumineers, and Fleetwood Mac, their catchy melodies, lush harmonies, and rocky guitars have earned them extensive media coverage and radio play across the UK and Europe. After a 35-show UK tour in 2019, they were crowned âArtist of the Monthâ by CaffĂŠ Nero and again in 2023 after a standout performance at the Black Deer Festival.
Known for their dynamic live performances, Two Ways Home have played prestigious venues and festivals such as The Shard, Under the Bridge, C2C, The Long Road and Victorious Festival to name a few. Despite the pandemic, they focused on writing new material and performing online, winning âBest Duo/Groupâ at the Country Music Spotlight Awards. With a string of new releases and a successful 'Round Up Tour' in 2023, the duo is creating an ever-growing buzz for their upcoming releases in 2024, promising more enticing shows and captivating performances.
