SATSANG is the Spiritual Root of Yoga. Sat = Truth; Sanga = in the company of. Satsang means “good association” or a gathering of truth.
The aim of Satsang is to access wisdom encoded within the Yoga Scriptures; blast away fetters of limitation using infinite powers of the soul; to experience Reality beyond egoistic illusions; to understand and actually feel what is real happiness, true freedom and the attainment of Self-Realization.
Enlightening discourses on Yoga’s profound spiritual wisdom illumined with mystic insight. Beginning with a special invocation, sound healing and/or guided meditation; ending with Q&A and space afterwards to connect with Teacher and Community.
