A monthly space held by Becca and Sarah, both Folkestone-based Reiki practitioners.

In this 90-minute session we invite you to slow down, settle, and experience gentle holistic practices such as Reiki — or simply rest.

We’re also curious whether there’s interest locally in learning Reiki more deeply. If people ask for that, we may offer something later — but this session stands entirely on its own.
