Join us at Rocksalt Wine Bar for an exceptional spring evening celebrating the very best of Kent’s land and coast. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Folkestone Harbour, this exclusive event brings together outstanding seasonal cuisine and world-class English wine.
We are delighted to welcome Master Sommelier Laura Rhys, Global Brand Ambassador for the award-winning Gusbourne Estate. Laura will guide you through a carefully curated selection of Gusbourne wines, each thoughtfully paired with a six-course tasting menu curated by Group Executive Chef Marcin Szelag.
This intimate dining experience showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients and highlights the harmony between locally sourced produce and some of England’s finest sparkling and still wines — a true taste of Kent, from vine to shore.
Hosted in the relaxed setting of Rocksalt Wine Bar, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy expert insight, exceptional food, and perfectly matched wines in great company.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A £50 per person deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the evening of the event.
Please note that cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this intimate event, some guests may be required to share tables.
