The Rest Collective is a weekly gathering that explores the intersection between individual wellbeing & collective care. It’s a space to rest, resource, dream & imagine in community.In this soft & caring space we cultivate presence, resilience & courage for these times of great upheaval. Through the power of rest we expand our capacity to connect, to dream & to imagine new possibilities.
The last session of each month is followed by a potluck dinner, an opportunity to bring our favourite dish or snack & share a grounding & nourishing meal together.
