The Resilient is a retreat for birth moms who are eager to thrive. The guests, workshops, location, speakers, and activities sometimes change but the core foundation remains rooted in our ability to build resilience in a lot of fun ways. This long weekend is intentionally curated around a wholistic approach to healing; from what we eat to how we move and a hundred tiny details in between. Nestled just 7 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir and under 45 minutes from Zion National Park, it combines breathtaking desert scenery with upscale comfort. While the weekend will be full of workshops and intention, we also prioritize free time where you can relax in the private hot tub, take in sunset views from the rooftop deck, recharge alone or connect over a craft which will always be out and available and was the most popular spot at our last retreat. With a private ensuite bedroom and a 12-bed queen bunk room, this home ensures space for every guest. Gather in the open-concept kitchen and living room, unwind in the private courtyard hot tub, compete in a game of outdoor ping pong, or watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. Community amenities like a splash pad, lap pool, pickleball courts, and large resort-style pool are just steps from your front door. While the inside is both spacious and cozy we also prioritize nature, which is in itself is healing There will be many opportunities to enjoy fresh air whether from a deck chair, playing pickleball, or talking a walk.
