This is a FREE community open house where you can actually step inside, meet the team, and experience what makes Unity different from any other studio in Southern Utah.

We're not a gym. We're a wellness studio led by KerryAnn, an occupational therapist, who designs every program around how your body actually moves.
Our specialties include:
