About this Event

✨ The Reset: A Mind-Body Wellness Experience ✨

Step into a space designed to awaken your creativity, energize your body, and restore your mind.

Join us for a curated wellness experience that blends art, movement, strength, and recovery—all in one powerful session at our studio.

We begin by slowing down and opening the mind through a guided creative art workshop, allowing you to tap into expression, presence, and clarity.

From there, we transition into an energizing vinyasa yoga flow, designed to awaken the body, improve mobility, and connect breath to movement.

Once you’re warm and grounded, we elevate the energy with a strength training session, focused on building power, confidence, and full-body activation—accessible yet challenging for all levels.

To close, we shift into deep recovery and connection. Enjoy refreshments, and immerse yourself in our contrast therapy experience featuring a cold plunge and sauna—helping to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and leave you feeling completely reset.

This is more than a workout—it’s a full sensory experience designed to help you:

Release stress and mental clutter
Reconnect with your body
Build strength and confidence
Leave feeling clear, energized, and elevated
