Welcome to The Relational Playground – a space to unlearn old habits and reconnect with a primal way of being with ourselves and others, from a place of sovereignty and freedom. Together, we'll create a brave space where we listen deeply to our sensations and impulses, giving ourselves permission to simply be — and to play.
One format we'll play with is Primal Play...
What is Primal Play?
At the heart of the Playground is the practice of Primal Play – an embodied relational practice that encourages connection through:
✨ Breath
✨ Sound
✨ Movement
✨ Touch
Primal Play can be anything from soft to intense, deep to playful, still to explosive, distant to sensual. It’s not about following a script, but about embracing truth in the moment. You may find yourself connecting in new and surprising ways, moment by moment.

Throughout the day, you can expect:
💃 Lots of movement and juicy beats
🦦 Plenty of play and fun
💦 Somatic tools to support you move emotions
🪶 Various levels and qualities of body contact (or none at all)
😴 Time for resting and relaxing and sharing food
🗣️ Sharing circles and pair practices
And this may lead to:
🧡 A deeper sense of connection to yourself and others
🔥 The dissolution of old limitations in expressing/sensing yourself
🌊 The melting of old emotional blockages...
And much more!
This journey is transformative. So much of our personal growth – both joyful and painful – has occurred in groups (families, schools, communities). Now, we come together to transform what does not serve any longer through connection and play. Let’s dive in!

FOR WHOM?
🐤 No prerequisites, open to all level of experience.
🏳️🌈 This weekend is open to all genders and sexual orientations. The facilitation follows a non-binary perspective—ain't no “man/woman” pairing. We are all humans, and we play.

This space welcomes all emotions and forms of expression. It is a brave space, encouraging each of us to show up with what they feel and who they are.
Sensuality is perfectly welcome, but this is a non-sexual space.

Tickets can be reimbursed up to two (2) weeks before the event minus a 5€ fee. 50% up to 5 days prior to the start of the event. Not reimbursable after. Tickets can be transferred only through me (to prevent scams).
