A 6-week in-person women's circle in Annapolis, MD. Depth, relational tools, embodiment, myths, and real connection. We begin April 30.
About this Event

A circle of women. Six distinct relationships. One radical reorientation to the dance of life.

You've been healing for years. Reading the books, doing the work, trying to become the version of yourself you think you should be. But what if that was never the point?

What if your life, exactly as it is right now, isn't a problem to solve but a dance to enter?

Each of our lives is a rich interplay of Soul, Body, Mind, Life, and the people we're in it with. Not broken pieces waiting to be fixed. Partners waiting to be met.

The Relational Dance is a 6-week journey into that meeting. Each week we turn toward a different life partner — the mind, the body, life itself, the soul, the people we love and struggle with — and ask: what does it mean to truly be in relationship here? To be moved without losing myself? To stay present without disappearing?

This is not another healing program. It's an invitation to stop the endless cycle of self-improvement and enter into the depth of the life you're already living.

Entering the Dance

Session 1 — April 30, 6:30-9:00 p.m.— Relationship with Mind

Meeting the inner voice that keeps you from your own knowing. Learning to dance with your mind rather than be ruled by it.

Session 2 — May 7 , 6:30-9:00 p.m.— Relationship with Body

The body as partner, not problem. Listening to what it knows. Moving from control to shared power.

Session 3 — May 14, 6:30-9:00 p.m. — Relationship with Life

Eros — the animating force moving through all of it. What it means to let life touch you, move you, change you — and remain yourself.

— Memorial Day Weekend Pause —

Session 4 — May 28, 6:30-9:00 p.m. — Relationship with Soul

Myths, dreams, and the wisdom of the depths. The shadow as carrier of what wants to be reclaimed.

Session 5 — June 4 , 6:30-9:00 p.m.— Relationship with Needs & Desires

Staying grounded while in full contact with your needs and desires. How to hold your own needs and desires and how to bring them into relationship when necessary.

Session 6 — June 11 , 6:30-9:00 p.m.— Relationship to Conflict & Integration

Others as partners. Staying grounded while in connection with another. Holding the tension of opposites without collapsing it into false resolution. Living from relationship rather than from the healing agenda.

What Makes This Dance Possible

In every session we come back to the same question: do I have enough ground to be moved?

Ground isn't distance. It isn't protection. It's the sense of self that exists beyond the experience you're having, steady enough to be influenced, present enough to stay in contact, rooted enough to be genuinely moved without disappearing.

That ground is what we're building together. Not as a destination. As the foundation for the dance itself.

What You'll Bring Away

Not a toolbox. Not a framework to follow.

A different orientation to your own life. The capacity to meet what's here, in your body, your mind, your soul, your relationships, with presence rather than management. With curiosity rather than fear.

The ground to be moved by life without being swept away by it.

This Circle Is For You If

You've been on a healing journey for years and are tired of thinking of yourself as broken.

You're ready to stop chasing healing and start entering the life you're already living.

You want depth, embodiment, and real connection with other women — not another workshop.

You're curious about what it means to be in true relationship with your own mind, body, and soul.

You are interested in holding paradox — like the truth that you deserved better, AND you are not a victim.
