About this Event

Join me on a gorgeous weekend trip to the world
famous Farne Island for a magical trip with the seaclowns, the colourfull and the clumpsy PUFFINS!But first, let's join our northern brother, the gorgeous, the valourous and the sometimes difficult to understand, Scottish! in what has been called ' The most beautiful country on Earth' by so many...

ATTENTION: I only have 5 spaces that will be on a first booked, first serve basis.
We will start our trip with a train journey of 3.5 hours to the Coast of Northumberland where we will have a 15 minutes bus journey accross the Scottish border for some views to remember!
You know of the highlands, you know of the Isle of Mull of Sky but believe me, the Southern Eastern Coast of Scotland is a must see!

Day 1:
After we have arrived to our destination, we will begin with a gorgeous, a stunning, and incredible hike along the Coast North of Berwyckshire all the way to St Abb's head, I just won't say too much, it is just pretty in the way that I like it to be pretty, you know I have taste. The hike will be about 15km long and medium with quite a few inclines so have some good hiking boots!
After that we will go spend the night at a local hotel where we can either have a nice meal together or where you can have some take away.

Day2:
Day two will be as interesting, wether you like birds or not, the puffins are an all time favourites when it comes to cute sea creatures, they are playful, colourful and very, very clumpsy, we will take a boat and we will spend a couple of hours with them circling around the island observing them amongst tens of thousands of other sea creatures such as seals and dolphins if we get lucky and guillemots or razorrbills that are the last remaining penguin species in Europe...
After the trip, we will have a short hike in the coastal dune along one of the most impressive castles in the UK, Bamburgh castle before we head back to Londinium for a good night sleep, our minds filled with dreamy images of a lovely trip! We should be back around 9pm.

If this happens, I will plan an alternative visit. The puffins trip is dependent to weather conditions, this is a boat trip but if the weather is calm, we might have a landing on the island, this is not planned just now, but if the weather allows, we might be able to, so let's hope. If this happens, By signing up to my events, you agree to this.
4:You are responsible for your own safety, health and security, but please always follow my guidlines, always stay at least a couple of meters away from the cliff edge and do not put yourselves in a dangerous situation.
