About this Event

This session will suit you if you want to delve into the nitty gritty of people problems.

We will talk openly about the differences between people, the fundamental needs of people - backed by psychology - as well as toxic workplaces and the effects they can have on our mental health.

This session is a mini version of our full workshop designed to give you an overview and some practical tools to take back to the workplace and make a difference.

We look at the PERMA framework from positive psychology and what happens when a culture lacks PERMA.

Finally we discuss what difference does meaning make in our work?

It will be a session of honesty and you are encouraged to share your stories with us.
