About this Event
Why do some conversations create connection while others lead to misunderstanding, defensiveness, tension, or shutdown?
Communication is about far more than words alone. Tone, body language, emotional state, phrasing, listening patterns, and interpretation all influence how we relate to one another.
This interactive workshop explores the deeper psychology behind communication and the subtle dynamics that shape our everyday interactions.
Topics may include:
• Why communication is often misunderstood
• The hidden impact of tone, energy, and body language
• Common conversational patterns that create disconnection
• Emotional reactions and communication dynamics
• Guided reflection, discussion, and light interactive practice
Designed for those interested in improving communication within personal relationships, professional settings, and everyday interactions through greater awareness and insight.
This workshop is intentionally limited to 8 participants to support meaningful discussion and a more interactive small-group experience.
Investment: $75

Kerri regularly works with individuals, couples, and families navigating emotionally charged and high-conflict dynamics, helping clients better understand communication breakdowns, emotional reactions, and the deeper psychological patterns that shape relationships.
In addition to her clinical work, she has served in regional and national leadership roles within the field of energy psychology since 2017 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).
