“The Promotion Didn’t Heal the Father Wound” is not another networking event. This is a real conversation about how father wounds can quietly show up in leadership through overworking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, emotional shutdown, always needing to prove yourself, and carrying the pressure of “having it all together.”
Pit Stop #2 is a 2.5-hour reset experience created for women leaders and women seeking to step into leadership who are ready to stop surviving in leadership and start leading from wholeness.
Hosted by No Gap Consulting x Black Women Adventures, this immersive evening creates space to reset, recharge, reflect, and reconnect with the woman behind the title.

A portion of the proceeds will support From Fearless to Fatherless, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping girls ages 13–18 with mental, emotional, and financial support while navigating strained, absent, or emotionally unavailable father relationships.
