About this Event
The PRISMA Project: United We Stand, Divided We Fall
The PRISMA Project is back—and we’re thrilled to invite you to our spring concert, “United We Stand, Divided We Fall.” Join us for an evening of reimagined classics, bold orchestration, and collaborative artistry.
As we commemorate the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence, this program celebrates the richness and diversity of American musical identity. Featuring works by American composers alongside those who made America their creative home, this concert reflects the many voices that have shaped—and continue to shape—the sound of American classical music today.
At the heart of this performance is collaboration. Each piece has been reimagined by emerging orchestrators whose unique artistic voices bring new life to familiar works. Just as the composers featured on this program helped define American music in their time, these artists carry that legacy forward—offering fresh perspectives that bridge tradition and innovation.
Founded by Artistic Director N. F. Pratama, The PRISMA Project is a chamber orchestra dedicated to transforming non-orchestral works into vibrant symphonic experiences. Inspired by the legacy of Maurice Ravel, PRISMA brings together today’s rising orchestrators to reimagine the repertoire and expand the orchestral canon.
