What to Expect: Your Journey to Calm
You will be guided through a powerful sequence of practices designed for deep release and restoration:
- YIN YANG YOGA: A balancing practice to harmonise body and mind, combining passive release with gentle, fluid movement.
- BREATH OF SACRED SOUND: A continuous 90-minute journey guided by Mathis. This unique experience seamlessly blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with the immersive, live sound of sacred instruments. You will be guided to use your breath to release tension and open the heart, while being deeply supported by a sonic soundscape that facilitates emotional release and profound inner stillness. The session naturally culminates in a deeply integrative sound bath, allowing your nervous system to settle into a state of peaceful clarity.
- GENTLE INTEGRATION: We will close with grounding practices and a reflective sharing circle to anchor your experience and carry the sense of peace forward.
