This program guides you through a 40-day practice designed to regulate your nervous system and create lasting, life-supporting habits. If you’re ready to stop cycling through burnout and actually change how you live—this is your next step.
What You’ll Experience:
Bi-weekly sessions with breath, sound & movement (This is not an individual program. Group limited to 10 people)
A 40-day practice - (as little as 3 minutes a day)
A “Recipe” each week
Daily micro-practices 3-10 minutes for stress relief+ energy
Integration support: Course book, journaling, daily rituals & lifestyle tips.
A calm, grounded, and more purposeful way of living.

Cancellation Policy
Enrollment Commitment
By enrolling in this 5-week program, participants are committing to the full duration of the program.
Cancellation Before Program Start
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
After Program Begins
- No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future programs.
Exceptional Circumstances
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations.
Program Cancellation by Organizer
- If the program is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

She blends breath-work, meditation and sound healing, to help you release blockages, realign with your true self, and create lasting positive change. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, emotional healing, or a complete life transformation, Natalie's personalized approach supports you in unlocking your highest potential and living a more balanced, fulfilling life. Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
