This 3-hour class offers a framework to develop effective leadership practices for professional growth, for small business and nonprofits.

Elevate your leadership skills in this session tailored for small business owners, founders, creatives, and nonprofit professionals. Come to this class and unlock your true potential as a leader. Discover different leadership styles, assess your current leadership approach, and envision the leader you aspire to become. You will also learn practical steps to evolve and grow into the kind of leader you desire to be. You may be further along in the journey than you think. Participants will also get a free toolkit – a collection of templates, forms, worksheets, software and other helpful resources to help make good use of the information shared in class.
