Prof. Dr. Ercan Caliskan
Dr Ercan is one of the most senior Doctors and Dermatologists at T-Lab, who has dedicated his career to unlocking the powers of regenerative medicine in aesthetics, orthopaedics and beyond. He has written over 57 articles in a variety of fields and will be lending us his expert knowledge on all things PRP.
Fatih Karakilic
Fatih has been the MBA-certified Head of Global Sales at T-LAB for almost 2 years. For over 15 years, he has been been contributing to the growth of B2B companies, specializing particularly in strategic marketing and sales. In 2023 Fatih represented T-Lab in nearly 40 workshops and around 10 international conferences, actively participating in hands-on training sessions and increasing total revenue by 85%. He also successfully managed a growth phase by signing contracts with 10 new countries and 40 new distributors.
Alparslan Dişci
Alparslan Dişci graduated from Pamukkale University in Turkey/Denizli with a degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2019 and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Econometrics at Uludağ University. He met T-LAB during his graduation year and started working as a Project Engineer. Within 5 years, he has taken on roles and leadership positions in Project Management, Quality Assurance, Licensing, R&D, and Product departments, gaining comprehensive knowledge about T-LAB's product range. During this time, he participated in certified programs related to regenerative medicine and collaborated with local and international physicians. He also attended major conferences globally and in Turkey to exchange information about the evolving regenerative medicine sector with business partners.
Currently serving as the Medical Promotion and Clinical Support Manager, Alparslan Dişci oversees managerial processes such as clinical support, product training, and marketing strategies for end-users and dealers. Additionally, he continues to fulfill the role of process management by working collaboratively with other departments within the company.
Harvey Barrett
For the last 4 years, Harvey has been the Head of Business Development at Hawksley, a Life Sciences Manufacturer and Innovator. Since then he has incorporated numerous new products into Hawksley’s portfolio, building up the Aesthetics side of the business, and becoming a distributor for T-Lab. In 2023, Harvey represented Hawksley across the country in over 30 demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions. During his time with the company, Hawksley has grown by 125% with Harvey being instrumental in this , by securing contracts with the National Health Service and UK universities, through reasonable pricing and his objective to create ethical company practices.
