At this IDG Barcelona Business Hub gathering, we’ll explore how the practice of “not knowing” can become a source of presence, curiosity, and collective intelligence in business. Inspired by the Art of Hosting, the session offers a practical taste of how meaningful conversations, powerful questions, and participatory practices can help teams navigate uncertainty, strengthen trust, and unlock new possibilities.

This will be an experiential evening for IDG Business Hub members and guests who want to connect, reflect, and practise together. Through grounding, storytelling, and small-group conversations, we’ll explore how to support more human, energising, and effective collaboration at work.
Facilitators / Trainers:
Mira Bangel is an organisational development consultant, process facilitator and Art of Hosting practitioner. She supports teams, organisations and communities to design meaningful conversations, strengthen collaboration and navigate change with more clarity, participation and collective intelligence.

Carlotta Cataldi is a facilitator, graphic harvester and Art of Hosting practitioner. She supports individuals and organisations to ask better questions and listen more deeply for more meaningful conversations.

Macarena Ramos Valdez is Community Builder at Impact Hub Barcelona, counselor, art therapist and artistic mediator. She designs and facilitates collective experiences that foster meaningful connection, creativity and more collaborative and human-centred ways of relating, learning and creating impact.
