Step into the mystical world of Jalāl ad-Dīn Rūmī, the 13th-century Persian poet whose words of love, longing, and divine connection continue to inspire hearts across centuries. In this 4-week class, we will explore the depth and beauty of Rumi’s poetry, discovering how his timeless wisdom speaks directly to our modern spiritual lives.
Together we will:
 Read and reflect on selected poems and stories of Rumi
 Explore the Sufi roots of his work and its connection to the Divine Beloved
 Engage in contemplative practices inspired by his poetry (journaling, meditation, and gentle dialogue)
 Discover how Rumi’s imagery—of music, dance, and friendship—opens us to deeper spiritual truths
 Create space for personal insight and shared reflection in community

 Week 1: Hearing Beyond the Darkness —Rumi’s mystical vision of the Divine
 Week 2: The Purpose of the Heart — Movement, longing, and surrender
 Week 3: Reflections of Love — Rumi’s celebration of spiritual companionship
 Week 4: The Inner Kiss — Silence, presence, and the poetry of the soul
