The Pilates Meet-Up: Mat Pilates Classes

This is Pilates, but make it a meet-up. A space to come as you are, roll out your mat, move alongside others, and build strength without pressure or perfection. We’re here to meet bodies where they’re at — not push them to be something they’re not.

Designed to be accessible, affordable, and consistent, this series is about showing up regularly, moving with intention, and growing stronger together over time.
