About this Event
Join us on Thursday May 28th for a friendly slam poetry competition.
We will open doors at 7pm. 7pm-7:30pm is the time window for in person sign ups!
We will start the event with tunes from DJ Afreakano.
We will then have an opening poetry performance from Brianna Renae.
We will then have a featured poetry set from international poet FreeQuency!
We will then have a short break and start the poetry slam.
This show will be hosted by Christopher Diaz.
This will be a 3 round slam. First place prize is $50 and merch!
3 minute time limit per poem. Time penalties if you go over time!
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Barrel Room.
$15 at door!
