Art Fundraiser and Film Screening

For the campaign to Free the Mississippi Five. A screening of Calls from Home (2023), an intimate portrait of rural Pr*son expansion which documents a longstanding radio show that sends familial messages of love over public airwaves to reach people incarcerated in Central Appalachia, will be followed by a conversation with visual artist Corey Devon Arthur and Loretta Pierre of the Mississippi Five.

Art by Arthur and Tiffany Worley, ceramics by Martina Thornhill and Robb Hampton, zines, earrings, and more will be available for sale to raise money for the campaign.
