Whether you're an author, reader, or just curious, come through to rep your city and dive into a world of words. Don't miss out on the fun, inspiration, and real talk!

Info: The Pen & Platform weekend kicks off Friday night with our “Rep Your City” Meet & Greet from 6–10 PM. This is your chance to connect with your favorite authors and discover new ones in a fun, high-energy atmosphere. Enjoy great food, music from a live DJ, drinks, and giveaways as we set the tone for an unforgettable weekend.

Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, we host our highly anticipated book expo, where readers can shop their favorite titles, meet authors, get books signed, and capture memorable photo moments. Saturday night from 7–11 PM transitions into a more relaxed, immersive experience featuring interactive activities, light bites, and our signature Silent Read-Along Wellness Party. Guests are encouraged to bring their current read, headphones, blankets, pajamas, or even their iPads to unwind, read, and enjoy a cozy yet elevated vibe alongside panels and curated experiences.

We close the weekend on Sunday with our “50 Shades of Melanin” Farewell Brunch from 12–3 PM.
