This 90-minute meditation experience is designed for people who want depth without pressure.We don’t jump straight into meditation.
We begin by helping the body get comfortable—supported, grounded, and at ease—so sitting doesn’t feel like a struggle. Gentle breathing and settling practices ease us in, followed by guided meditation and a closing sound bath.
This is not a yoga class.
You don’t need prior meditation experience.
You don’t need to sit perfectly still.
It’s an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with presence—something that matters not only for ourselves, but for our relationships as well.
