I’ve been feeling called for a while now to create something different…
Not a class. Not a course. Not somewhere you have to “know” anything about spirituality.
Just a gentle space for women.
Over the last few years I’ve met so many ladies who tell me the same thing:
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”
“I feel overwhelmed but I don’t know why.”
“I’ve changed… and people around me don’t understand me.”
“I know I’m meant for more but I don’t know what that is.”
If this sounds like you, you’re not going crazy, and you’re definitely not alone.
**The Path Back to You** is a small, relaxed women’s circle where you can simply come as you are.
We will gently explore things like:
✨ grounding & calming the mind
✨ understanding your energy & emotions
✨ meditation (beginner friendly)
✨ chakras explained simply
✨ oracle card guidance
✨ crystals & sound healing
✨ gentle Reiki energy
There is no pressure to talk, no expectations, and no experience needed.
You don’t need to be “spiritual”. You don’t need to understand chakras.
You just need to feel ready for change, or ready to understand yourself a little more.
This is about reconnecting with who you truly are, in a safe and supportive group of like-minded women.
Held in a warm, welcoming environment and guided gently by me through Top 2 Toe Tranquility Healing 💜
