About this Event
We invite you to join us for a powerful and uplifting evening celebrating the voices, passions, and impact of our educators and students.
THE PASSIONS PROJECT | Racial & Social Justice Racine
📍 Memorial Hall
đź“… May 14, 2026
This community exhibition brings together art, storytelling, and advocacy to highlight the people who make our public schools strong.
What you’ll experience:
- A gallery of 50 portraits featuring Racine educators and students, including this year’s new Educator Series
- A student passion showcase, where young people share their talents—from robotics and chess to visual art and more
- A live panel discussion with educators and students speaking on the realities and future of public education
- Opportunities to connect with fellow union members, families, and community allies
There will also be food, a hands-on art space for kids, and opportunities to take action—through school supply donations and advocacy for public education.
This event is about more than art—it’s about solidarity, storytelling, and strengthening our collective voice as educators and union members.
We hope you’ll come out, bring a colleague or your family, and be part of this meaningful evening.
