The workshop will cover:
- How & when your baby's systems mature
- The milestones they will reach in the first year
- Sensory development & play
- Bonding & Attachment
- The Early Years Foundation Stage - Communication & Language, Personal, Social & Emotional Development & Physical Development
- Co-Regulation & Self-Regulation
- Toys and ways to stimulate your child at home
You will be emailed a PDF after the workshop with play tips and ideas
*All our workshops are £5 and include a hot drink
Our expert - Adeline Tye,
Adeline has been working with families for 24 years as a nanny, maternity nurse and postnatal doula. She has also written accredited courses and trained nannies, sleep consultants and maternity practitioners for 10 years.
She is a local mum of 1 who has spent the last 4 years building a community of support for parents in NW London with The New Parent Company
Adeline is currently studying Child Psychology and has a passion of supporting infants and their parents in the first year of life.
