NEW YORK, NY – Gallery AP SPACE is thrilled to announce the upcoming exhibition "Beautiful Gifts" featuring six master artists from South Korea, scheduled to open on October 10, 2024, at Gallery AP Space in Manhattan's Chelsea district.
Following its highly successful debut in Seoul at The Hyundai in September 2023, where it attracted over 400,000 visitors during its month-long run, "Beautiful Gifts" has established itself as a landmark event in the Korean art scene. The exhibition showcased the works of distinguished figures such as Lee U-fan, Park Seo-Bo, Kang Hyung Koo, Lee Lee Nam, Park Suk Won, and Kim Kang Yong celebrating their profound contributions to contemporary art.
The success of the Seoul exhibition can be attributed to its unprecedented gathering of Korea's foremost artistic talents under one roof. Notably, the conceptual framework and strategic direction were led by South Korea's leading actress, Kim HeeSun, who played a pivotal role as a content creator in shaping the exhibition's narrative and appeal.
Continuing its international journey, "Beautiful Gifts" is poised to captivate audiences in New York City this fall, marking its debut in the United States. The New York edition promises to be a cultural landmark, celebrating the intersection of Korean artistic excellence with global audiences.
