About this Event

Group 11 of Amnesty International USA will hold its 49th Annual Benefit Concert on November 17.

The program will include a delightful coming of age song cycle by American composer Jake Heggie, a piece for piano and narrator based on The Story of Babar: The Litle Elephant by Jean de Brunhoff, with music by Francis Poulenc, and the magnificent Piano Quartet in C Minor by Gabriel Faure.

The concert, which will be in-person and live streamed, will be on Sunday, November 17 at 4 p.m. at Broadway Presbyterian Church at 601 West 114th Street, at the northwest corner of Broadway. We are pleased that Marcia Eckert will produce the concert for the ninth year.

Tickets are $30 for general admission, $20 for seniors and students and $20 for live streaming.

If you are streaming you will receive the link on Friday, November 15.

If you cannot attend the concert, please consider donating to Group 11’s essential work for human rights by selecting Donation under tickets.

You are also invited to advocate for human rights by printing and mailing letters on Group 11’s cases and campaigns from our website: https://aiusagroup11.org/current-letters

We look forward to welcoming you on November 17 at the church or through live streaming.
