This workshop explores why our thoughts get stuck in loops of worry, doubt, and replay.  Drawing on the insights of Carl Jung, we’ll uncover how the unconscious mind, shadow, and how unresolved inner conflicts fuel over-thinking. You’ll also learn how the body and nervous system become conditioned to repeat these mental patterns, creating the familiar cycle of racing thoughts and restless emotions.

Through a guided exercise, you’ll experience practical tools from FasterEFT and the science of neuroplasticity—methods that help rewire the brain and bring the mind back to calm clarity.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only understand the deeper roots of over-thinking, but you’ll also walk away with simple, repeatable techniques to interrupt mental loops, ease the nervous system, and create a lasting sense of inner peace.
