About the Instructor:
Dr Michael Burkhardt is an internationally renowned conductor, organist and educator known for his inspiring hymn festivals and creative work with children. He serves as Artist-Professor of Organ at Eastern Michigan University and is the Founder-Artistic Director of hearts, hands and voices, a worship and fine arts programme for children in Southeast Michigan.
Dr Burkhardt has led performances, workshops and teaching tours across the US, South Korea and Singapore. With decades of experience in music education and church music, Dr Burkhardt is widely sought after as a clinician, recitalist and mentor to musicians of all ages.
