General Terms & Conditions - Attending the Event

This ticket gives you one (1) entry into The Ordinary Workshop Events hosted by DECIEM at UNLOCKED SHOREDITCH (118 CURTAIN ROAD LONDON, EC2A3PJ), on the date you have selected (the “Event”). Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you. DECIEM reserves the right to (i) refuse entry of any attendee to this Event or to remove any attendee from this Event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion; and (ii) recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by DECIEM, the Event venue or any other participants as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Neither DECIEM nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event, your attendance at the Event or any other aspect related thereto or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Receiving Discount Code

The Ordinary UNLOCKEDt promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Customers from February 13th, 2026, to February 25th, 2026, (the “Promotion Period”), during DECIEM’s UNLOCKED pop-up event (the “Event”). The Promotion is only available to individuals who (i) have a ticket to the Event hosted at Unlocked Shoreditch, 118 Curtain Road London, EC2A 3pj; and (ii) subscribe to The Ordinary marketing emails at the Event (“Eligible Customers''). Eligible Customers will show confirmation of sign-up to a Ordinary representative and receive a one-time, single use 10% off unique promotion voucher (the “Discount Voucher”) to be used toward their next eligible The Ordinary purchase (see below Redemption of Discount Code). Limit is one (1) Discount Voucher per Eligible Customer. The Discount Voucher will be provided to Eligible Customers at the Event.

Redemption of Discount Code

Eligible Customers must spend a minimum of £20 on any The Ordinary products in order to redeem their Discount Voucher. The Discount Voucher is valid for use only at (i) the Event during Event operating hours; or (ii) at The Ordinary, (London locations only) during store opening hours. The Discount Voucher is only valid during the Promotion Period and not redeemable online. Eligible Customers must present their Event ticket and Discount Voucher at checkout in order to receive the Promotion. Limit is one (1) Discount Voucher redemption per Eligible Customer.

Other important T&Cs

Redemption of Discount Code: (i) excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, s, gift cards, other discounts and promotions (unless otherwise stated) and other items not discountable or excluded by law; (ii) applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks; (iii) is not valid on purchases outside of the Discount Redemption Period; (iv) is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives; and (v) is not for commercial or resale purposes.

DECIEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it, including, without limitation, individuals creating multiple user accounts; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions.
