Join senior yoga teacher and author, Amy Landry, for a special event celebrating the release of her new book, The Ocean of Yoga. As part of her national book tour, this gathering offers a warm and intimate afternoon of practice, reflection, and conversation.
The 2-hour event includes a short seated grounding practice, a live reading from the book, a guided interview exploring the themes and teachings behind the work, and space for Q&A. You’ll enjoy tea and community time, followed by an opportunity to have your book personally signed.

A beacon for those craving a connection to tradition and timeless wisdom, Amy Landry is a registered senior yoga teacher, ayurvedic practitioner, mentor, mother-of-two, odissi dancer, podcast host, author, facilitator of the Study Yoga summit, and founder of Shruti School of Yoga.
Amy aims to amalgamate several Indian disciplines into daily life with the hope of inspiring her community to have a tangible relationship with living yoga—rather than seeing it as an isolated practice.
