About this Event
The Nourish Practice is a steady, supportive yoga practice centered on nourishment, embodiment, and care. During Love & Community Week, this class serves as a mid-week pause — a space to integrate, soften, and return to what sustains you. This session remains aligned with our 90-day arc, with Hope guiding the practice. Hope here is not about forcing optimism, but about staying present with what is possible, steady, and alive in the body. Expect slow, supportive movement, intentional breath, and a sound bath to help settle the nervous system and integrate the week.

What to Bring • Your own yoga mat • Any props you like to use (blanket, bolster, blocks) Please note: a limited number of mats and props are available.
