About this Event
The New IQ: A Measure of Emotional Intelligence and Inclusivity
To realize the full potential of their employees, organizations must learn to measure and improve an often- intangible aspect of group dynamics — inclusive intelligence. Inclusive intelligence refers to deliberate, proactive actions that build a sense of belonging and value within work groups, ultimately increasing their collective effectiveness. To support this effort, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) developed the “New IQ,” or Inclusion Quotient — a modern tool designed to help organizations quantify and advance their progress in diversity leadership and inclusion management.
In this two-hour micro-course, participants will explore the five habits of inclusive leadership and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of inclusion within their organizations.
Objective
