Kate Monteith-Ross is an experienced Nurse Practitioner, independent prescriber and clinic owner in the UK, specialising in aesthetic medicine, wound care and regenerative treatments.
She is an international Key Opinion Leader for NeoGen, Dermalux and Jalupro, with a strong focus on education and advancing clinical standards across Europe. Kate is also the founder and director of multiple training and professional platforms, supporting the ongoing development of the nursing community.
A passionate educator, she has presented globally on complication management, infection control and regenerative medicine, and is widely recognised for her work in improving patient outcomes and elevating the role of nurses in aesthetics.
About Lisa Barrera:
With nearly two decades in the beauty and medical industries, Lisa began her career as a makeup artist before transitioning into nursing to combine her passion for aesthetics with clinical expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a postgraduate qualification in Cosmetic Nursing, with a strong focus on skin health and laser therapies.
With over a decade of experience as a cosmetic nurse, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and industry insight. In 2024, she founded her own clinic while 39 weeks pregnant—a testament to her drive and commitment. In under two years, the clinic has grown into a thriving business with a team of four, offering advanced skin treatments and technologies.
