The Natural Flow experience- Half day retreat: "HOME"

Hello lovely friends,
Some of you know me and worked with me before, and some just found themselves here, through scrolling, checking what is this event all about.
So, my name is Nora, and I explore FLOW- the natural flow of life. I do that for many years already, through facilitating Transformative Dance classes, giving private Somatic Coaching sessions, improvising, drawing, writing and much more; Whatever it is, it always has to do with expression, movement, creativity, Playfulness and connection.
Recently, after living for more than a decade in the big city of Berlin, I moved to a rural and remote area. These days, I’m still unpacking boxes, organizing, decorating, and reorganizing... Engaging with the theme of "home" feels inevitable. How do I want my home to look? What kind of atmosphere do I want to absorb? What do I want visitors to know about me when they step into my space for the first time? And beyond that—what does home mean to me? A sense of belonging, security, freedom, acceptance?
Is my family my home? My childhood landscapes? And what about my body? Is my body my home? When and where in my body do I feel "at home"? I only have partial answers, nothing absolute. I keep exploring—sometimes with pain, sometimes with relief when I hear the answers rising from within me. It’s a complex topic, shared by all of us, yet each of us experiences and relates to it in our own unique way.
All of these questions, and many more, will be explored through different forms of creative expression- movement, conversation, writing, painting, and touch. We will do this over the course of half a day, in a welcoming, inspiring, and intimate space.

The participation is open to all levels and genders. No dance or creative or spiritual practice experience is needed. We are all welcome, with courage and Love!

This initiation of mine, offering a half-day retreat, is my way to combine all of these exploration techniques and create a full, deep and heart-lifting experience- ''The Natural Flow experience''.
WE're gonna dance together, play, write, paint, talk, touch, breath and connect to each other.
Everything flows. In me, in you, between us.
Everything moves, breathes, pulses; our bodies, all the living creatures around us, the trees, the earth, the space- inner and outer.

Our emotions are flowing and changing- one moment we feel connected, happy, open- hearted, the next moment something happens and we feel sad, lonely and unsafe. There are times that we feel that we're lost, hopeless and hurt, without knowing how to continue- and then it seems like we're stuck, stagnated.
But even these "obstacles" will not stop the natural movement of life- an ongoing change.
And I'm interested in exploring this movement with other people, curious like I am; using our bodies, our voice and words, dance and music, touch and presence, intuitive writing and painting, individually or in a group.
In positive psychology "a Flow state, also known as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity".
May we all find ourselves, during these half-day retreats, reaching the point that we are so involved in whatever we do, so we can forget everything, lose ourselves completely in the moment and connect to our own inner creative life energy!
