Join us for a 1-hour immersive journey into resonance, breath, and deep listening at Bhakti Studio.
Instrument list: Didgeridoo, Shruti box, shamanic frame drum, voice, crystal singing bowls, native flutes, chimes, and ocean drum.
We’ll begin with collective breathing to gently regulate the nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll move into intention setting; creating space for clarity, release, and alignment.
The experience will unfold through live sound meditation, inviting you into inner music channeling; a practice of deep listening where vibration becomes a mirror. Through resonance and subtle frequencies, you’ll be guided inward to connect with your own intuitive rhythm; the music that already lives within you.
This session is designed to support emotional regulation, grounding, and reconnection with self.
No prior experience is needed. Bring something comfortable to lie on, water, and an openness to listen.
