infinity is a fusion of mindfulness, movement, breathwork and energy work. It’s more than a class, it’s a journey, it’s an experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
During this 90min candle-lit experience, Richard Earney and Katy Hanlon will guide you through a mindfullness + movement practice, active breathwork, energy work, reflection and connection.
*everyone will leave with their own healing crystal.
WHAT TO BRING
Just you, comfortable clothing to move in, and water to replenish. We will supply the rest!
WHO WE ARE Katy Hanlon, a multi-passionate yoga teacher and life coach, guiding students both on and off the mat. She is the creator of Sprinkle Cheer, a yoga-inspired community supporting people of all ages and stages - stretching and strengthening off and on the yoga mat. A space to move physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sprinkle Cheer offerings include yoga workshops, breathwork healing journeys, group coaching, mindful meditations, book clubs and sisterhood circles.
Richard Earney, New Zealander, thriving in the USA; Chicago is his home base. A curious, optimistic, ‘go-getter’ with a passion for helping people who are energetically stuck. A Coach at heart, Richards mission and purpose is to empower people to be the best version of themselves.
For the last 25 years Richard has immersed himself in the fitness & wellness industry, from education, consultancy to presenting for global fitness brands, fitness business owner to holding Director & Executive roles for award winning premium Club companies throughout Australasia, Europe and North America.
Richard is the founder of Mindstrongwellness, a Coaching company, focusing on holistic wellness. A movement coach, life coach, nutrition & wellness coach, mindfulness coach & reiki master. Richard takes a holistic view of wellness, incorporating mind, body and spirit with a focus on improving overall energy & wellbeing.
