About this Event
The Most Christlike Star, is about Cate Hale’s childhood experience in an evangelical cult, a key highlight of which was the christian basketball league she won many participation medals for being in. She was never awarded the highest honor in the league, though, which was the Most Christlike Star, given to God’s holiest player each week. Now as an adult woman who hasn’t set foot in a church or picked up a ball in years, she’s out to prove why she deserves the Most Christlike Star, start a rumor that Jesus was bald, and prove that she’s better than him at basketball.
