Week 2 – Breath of the Forest 🌲Animal Breaths + Leaf Mandala Mindfulness
Join us for the second session in The Mindful Nest’s Fall Series as we step outside to connect deeply with nature. We’ll start with playful animal breath exercises to awaken our lungs and calm our minds—perfect for kids and adults alike!
Then we’ll take a gentle hike together through the forest, gathering fallen leaves and natural treasures. Back at the nest, we’ll use our finds to create beautiful leaf mandalas, practicing mindfulness and creativity as we arrange each piece with intention.
This outdoor adventure and mindful art activity is a wonderful way for families to breathe, explore, and connect with the magic of the forest this fall.
Drop-in rate is $20 per family. Class passes receive priority booking for the limited spots available, so grab yours early to secure your place!
