We’re so excited to welcome Sonya Newton for this month’s Wellness Wednesday offering — a free feel-good Barre class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize your whole body.
Sonya, a Winchendon native now based in Lancaster, MA, is an IBBFA-certified instructor with a background in cheerleading, dance, and competitive sports. Her class blends Pilates, ballet-inspired movement, and mindful stretching in a fun and accessible format for all fitness levels. 🩰💪

Class starts a 6pm come before and stick around after class, to connect with community, sip herbal mocktails (or cocktails), and shop from local vendors during Wellness Wednesdays.
This event is free to attend, (donations for classes are appreciated) and open to all — come move, breathe, and be in community with us.
