The Mind Health Experience
Join us for an immersive Mind Health Experience — a space to relax, rebalance, and discover how your body’s energy and stress respond to different forms of movement and relaxation.
Mind Health is a wellbeing approach designed to help individuals understand, measure, and improve their mental, emotional, and physical balance.
It combines Bio-Well Energy Scans, Mind–Body Therapies, and Guided Self-Care Practices to reveal how lifestyle, stress, and emotions affect your wellbeing — and how simple, consistent changes can restore harmony.
Unlike traditional wellbeing programmes that focus only on symptoms, Mind Health helps you explore the root causes of imbalance — offering insights you can see through measurable Bio-Well scans and feel through tailored therapies such as BrainTap sessions, Zen Essence Yoga, or Corrective Movement Exercises.
The goal of Mind Health is to empower people to:

Welcome & Introduction
From 11:15 AM
Free Bio-Well Scans — receive your personal energy reading before the first class
11:45 – 12:15 PM
Zen Essence Yoga – Stretching, Strengthening and Breathwork to calm your mind and restore balance
12:45 – 1:15 PM
Corrective Movement Exercise – Mindful exercises to release tension, blockages, align body and posture
In Between & After Classes
Repeat Bio-Well Scans – track the shift in your energy and stress levels
11:00 – 2:30 PM
Mini Wellbeing Market – browse handmade wellness goods and vitality products
Class Participation
Please bring your own mat if you wish to participate in the taster classes and wear something comfortable.
In order to get accurate Bio-Well Scans please ensure the following:
Consume any food, drinks & Medic*tion 2 hours before your Bio-Well Scan
Ensure you have short nails
You have not washed your hands or put any creams on 20mins before scan
