About this Event
When the days are long, the evenings are golden and the British weather is hopefully beginning to behave, there is only one thing to do: have a Pudding Parade!
This is The Assembly House in full midsummer mode: bright flavours, berry-stained bliss, tables piled high with the desserts to remind you of long summer days and childhood holidays, and David Clayton presiding over the whole affair like a benevolent pudding king.
Expect warmth, laughter, nostalgia and enough summer fruits to make you feel like you’ve been kissed gently on the face by a strawberry.
Once again, there is no queuing, no buffet, no angling for the last tart: each table receives its own glorious selection of puddings after the ceremonial parade (and yes, you can absolutely try them all).
