Join our supportive community of women for an evening of education, movement and myth-busting. We are coming together to reclaim our vitality through the power of Pilates and functional nutrition. In this workshop, we’ll move through a Pilates practice designed specifically for hormonal health and dive into nutrition strategies that work with your hormones—not against them.
What we’ll explore together:
