Get ready to groove! The Menagerie is a 4-piece funk/jam band based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Originally starting as a folk revival project in lead guitarist Matthew Smith’s (he/him) freshman dorm, the Menagerie has begun to stretch their legs, continuously reaching deeper into the ether of sound. Influence from Americana, funk, and indie rock creates a feeling of nostalgia, while improvised solos and jams make performances feel fresh, personal, and dynamic.
Anything You Want is a folk-rock band with just the right amount of jangle. In the summer of 2024, frontwoman and singer-songwriter Lena Nine was swept off her feet by three of Minneapolis’ most talented musicians. A flash of lightning struck the earth, an angel wept, and Anything You Want was born. The foursome’s fast friendship and shared influences are palpable onstage. Their energy is infectious and electric, their sound a loving homage to American folk, British pop, and vintage psychedelia. The band released their debut album on September 13, 2025, exactly one year after their first show.
Formed in 2020, Funk N Spuds is a Minneapolis-based collective of Midwest musicians bringing jam rock, jazz pop, and funk to life with energy and heart. Their sound is an alchemy of groovy bass lines, electrifying guitar riffs, funky flugelhorn, and compelling percussion, woven into music that’s versatile, uplifting, and full of soul. Like their namesake potato, Funk N Spuds’ music fits every occasion—whether you’re dancing, chilling, or savoring life’s moments. Their repertoire spans upbeat, dance-inducing jams to introspective, melodic tunes, always inspiring connection, joy, and positive change in the world.
